- What can I do to assure my move goes smooth as possible
+ Make sure all items are boxed up and ready to go. Also make sure the boxes are not overfilled. The box can only hold so much weight.
- When does my time start?
+ The time start when we arrive to the starting location.
- Do you offer same day service?
+ We do. We also charge an additional $50 fee for this.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
+ We accept cash or credit/debit. Credit/debit is subject to a 5% charge.
- Do you rent pads for long term use?
+ Yes we do rent pads for long term use.
- What is your cancellation process? Do you charge a fee?
+ If you need to cancel just give us a call or e-mail. All cancellation within 48 hours are subject to a $60 fee.
- Can we have friends or family help with the move?
+ No, due to safety reasons we cannot allow people to help during the moving process.
- What happens if it rains during my move?
+ We handle this case by case. We will always stay until the move is done. Sometimes we have to stop due to safety reasons.
